Access Info

Feedback

We aim to ensure that every visitor has a positive experience and accessibility is a high priority to staff. Please email boxoffice@arlingtonarts.co.uk regarding any information you require or feedback you may have.

Mobility

Wheelchair users should inform the Box Office when booking tickets for an event in order to ensure all seating requirements are met.

There is a passenger drop-off point immediately in front of Arlington Arts and secure parking is also available in the main car park which has designated spaces for people with disabilities. Box office staff can reserve these spaces for you.

Please note: for some performances we receive a large number of requests for reserved parking, we aim to reserve the accessible parking spaces and the gravel spaces opposite the venue entrance to those that have accessibility requirements. If these have all been reserved, we will reserve you a parking space in car park 2, as close to the venue entrance as possible.

For seated performances, the last 4 seats at the front row are blocked off for those with accessibility requirements. Two of these 4 seats can be removed so that wheelchair users can remain in their wheelchair however this does mean they will only be able to have 2 more people of their party sat next to them. Alternatively, they can be placed in front of the seat but space for any more of their party will still be limited.

For seated & standing performances, the accessible area is at the side of the stage.

Arlington Arts has accessible toilets and all public toilets are accessible for wheelchairs, via the lift.
