Any tickets purchased are subject to and governed by the following terms and conditions:
All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the performance is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, an Arlington Arts representative will contact audience members to ensure they are refunded.
Tickets purchased online and over the telephone are subject to a £1 booking fee. Booking fee is capped at £8 or 8 tickets, depending one which comes first. Purchases made in person at the Box Office incur no extra fees. Tickets priced at £0.00 do not incur any booking fee.
We offer discounted tickets for children 16 and under, students in full time education, senior citizens (60 and above), people registered as disabled and those receiving benefits. These concessions are not available for every show. Our events have no age restriction unless stated on the event page. Children under the age of 18 months are able to come to any performance for free and sit on a guardians lap.
Any tickets sold or gained by an individual from an unauthorised seller will automatically be classed as void and the buyer denied entry to the performance.
Arlington Arts are not responsible for any changes to cast or production. Arlington Arts also reserve the right to alter the seating plan after a booking has been made. The venue reserve the right to add and subtract any deals, offers and discounts at any time.
If ticket holders have any special requirements or could be affected by some of the performance (flashing lights etc), they should let Arlington Arts know before purchasing tickets. Any photography or any use of a mobile phone/device is not allowed within the auditorium during a performance unless agreed upon by both venue and performer.
All vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
Booking Fee
A small (£1 per ticket) fee is applied to transactions made online and over the phone. The booking fee is non-refundable. This fee helps us to provide a phone and online booking service that is attached directly to our box office, rather than resorting to agencies. We feel that this gives you a better quality of service and is more secure in managing your personal data and payment information.
Refusal of Entry
Arlington Arts Centre reserves the right to deny a ticket holder’s access to the venue or remove them from the venue at any point. An example of some behaviours that may lead to these outcomes are:
- Alleged to have taken illegal substances or excessive alcohol on the grounds of the venue.
- Behave in a manner that staff deem to be abusive, threatening or makes staff or members of the public uncomfortable.
- If required, fails to produce legal proof of age.
- If an individual(s) is in breach of these terms & conditions.
An individual agrees to these terms and conditions as soon as they have completed a ticket purchase.
