Terms & Conditions

Any tickets purchased are subject to and governed by the following terms and conditions:

  • Arlington Arts Centre is on the campus of Mary Hare School for the Deaf therefore all visitors must remain within in the public areas of the site 
  • Attendees, who need to collect their tickets, should arrive at least 20 minutes in advance of event start times.
  • a valid ticket is required for entry
  • Arlington Arts Centre reserves the right to amend details without obligation unless the change is deemed significant
  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless you have purchased a ticket protection product at the point of booking or the performance is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, an Arlington Arts representative will contact audience members to ensure they are refunded.
  • Tickets purchased online and over the telephone are subject to a £1 booking fee. Purchases made in person at the Box Office incur no extra fees.
  • Concessionary tickets are available on selected shows only. We offer these concessionary tickets for children 16 and under, students in full time education, senior citizens (60 and above), people registered as disabled and those receiving benefits. Our events have no age restriction unless stated on the event page. Children under the age of 2 years are able to come to any performance for free and sit on a guardians lap.
  • Any tickets sold or gained by an individual from an unauthorised seller will automatically be classed as void and the buyer denied entry to the performance.
  • All tickets sold by Arlington Arts Centre are allocated seats or general standing tickets. You are only permitted to sit in the allocated seat you have purchased and you are not to permitted to sit in another allocated seat without management consent.
  • Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of event management staff and at an appropriate interval. For further information please read our latecomer policy at the top of this page.
  • While babes in arms (under 2s) may be admitted, no buggies or car seats will be permitted entry into the auditorium.
  • Arlington Arts Centre accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, all graphics, logos and commercial markings are registered trademarks. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to or distribution of materials, without prior written consent.
  • Arlington Arts are not responsible for any changes to cast or production. Arlington Arts also reserve the right to alter the seating plan after a booking has been made. The venue reserve the right to add and subtract any deals, offers and discounts at any time.
  • If ticket holders have any special requirements or could be affected by some of the performance (flashing lights etc), they should let Arlington Arts know before purchasing tickets. Any photography or any use of a mobile phone/device is not allowed within the auditorium during a performance unless agreed upon by both venue and performer.
  • Arlington Arts Centre reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
  • The unauthorised use of camera or recording equipment is strictly prohibited
  • All vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
  • Ticketsolve is our box office provider. When purchasing tickets, your details will be added to the Arlington Arts Centre database on Ticketsolve’s system. Ticketsolve do not have permission to use your data in any way without your consent.

Booking Fee

A small (£1 per ticket) fee is applied to transactions made online and over the phone. The booking fee is non-refundable. This fee helps us to provide a phone and online booking service that is attached directly to our box office, rather than resorting to agencies. We feel that this gives you a better quality of service and is more secure in managing your personal data and payment information.

Refusal of Entry

Arlington Arts Centre reserves the right to deny a ticket holder’s access to the venue or remove them from the venue at any point. An example of some behaviours that may lead to these outcomes are:

  1. Alleged to have taken illegal substances or excessive alcohol on the grounds of the venue.
  2. Behave in a manner that staff deem to be abusive, threatening or makes staff or members of the public uncomfortable.
  3. If required, fails to produce legal proof of age.
  4. If an individual(s) is in breach of these terms & conditions.
  5. Taking photos or recording during a performance during a performance where it is strictly prohibited 

An individual agrees to these terms and conditions as soon as they have completed a ticket purchase.
