Opening Times

Box Office: Mon-Fri 10am-4.30pm
On performance days the Box office will stay open after the stated close time.

The box office is available on weekends when we have a performance, opening 2 hours before the show starts.

Tickets

Tickets can be collected at the box office free of charge or posted out for a charge of Â£1.

Tickets purchased online and over the telephone are subject to a £1 booking fee which is non-refundable. Purchases paid by cash in person at the Box office incur no extra fees.

We offer discounted concessionary tickets, where available, can be purchased for children 16 and under, students in full time education, senior citizens (60 and above), people or registered as disabled and those receiving benefits.

All tickets are non-refundable.

We have no strict age restrictions for our events. Please ask at point of booking for guidance if unsure.

General Admission tickets purchased via an external agency (SEE Tickets for example) are standing tickets.

Capacity

Seated holds 252 people

Standing holds 380 people. Seats are taken out to create standing room in front of the stage.

Arrival before performance

We advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each performance. If you believe you are going to be late, please read our latecomers policy.

Arlington Bar

Opens 1 hour prior to each performance. Interval drinks can be pre-ordered and collected during the interval.

Photography

Photography details will be announced in advance of each performance.

Cash withdrawal

We have no ATM on site and are unable to offer cashback. You are able to pay by card at the venue.

WiFi

There is free WiFi available to our conference delegates and theatre visitors.

Gift vouchers

We sell gift vouchers in any denominations you require.
