Tickets

Tickets purchased online and over the telephone are subject to a £1 booking fee which is non-refundable.

Tickets are non-refundable unless you have purchased a ticket protection product at the point of booking.

We offer discounted concessionary tickets on selected shows that can be purchased for children 16 and under, students in full time education, NHS staff, senior citizens (60 and above), people or registered as disabled and those receiving benefits.

Age restrictions are decided on a show to show basis. Please ask at point of booking for guidance if you are unsure.

General Admission tickets purchased via an external agency (SEE Tickets for example) are standing tickets.

If you are unsure how to book your tickets, please visit How To Book.

Ticket protection

Ticketsolve Protect is Ticketsolve’s integrated ticket refund protection product that gives you the option to safeguard your tickets at the point of purchase, all built directly into the booking journey.

This optional add-on makes your tickets fully refundable if something unexpected stops you from coming to the event and you have supporting evidence – things like illness or accidents, home emergencies, transport disruption, and more.

It includes pre-existing medical conditions, and you can apply for a refund up to 60 days after the event. The online claim form is quick and easy, and approved claims are usually paid out within four hours.

Please note, any claims for refunds are handled exclusively by our partners at Refund Protect
