Meeting Rooms

All of our conference rooms are equipped with a 75″ TV or a projector and screen with speakers, lectern and white board/flipchart which is included in our room hire rates.

We don’t just do meetings! As a dedicated arts hub, you are welcome to book our venue to host arts and crafts workshops.

You can also add catering to your booking, from simple teas and coffees to hot buffet lunches.

Garfield Weston Meeting Room

This room is ideal for small meetings and presentations and can be set up in theatre or boardroom style seating up to 18 people.

Foyle Foundation Meeting Room

Like the Garfield this room can also be set up in both configurations, again seating up to 18.

Henry Smith Meeting Room

Our third room ideal for small meetings and presentations with the same capacities as Garfield Weston and Foyle Foundation.

Foyle/Henry

Looking for a larger space? Our Foyle and Henry rooms can be combined to accommodate a maximum of 50 delegates in theatre style.

Auditorium

Ideal for lectures and presentations the auditorium can be set up in various configurations and technical support is included in your hire.

Foyer and Bar

Whole suite

You can of course hire the whole suite of conference rooms including the auditorium, bar and foyer or any combination for full conference facilities.
