How to Book Online:

You can see our full listings at arlingtonarts.ticketsolve.com. The following instructions show you how to book online once you’ve accessed a ticket link:

Desktop

An event page will look like the below. Scroll down and click the green button ‘BOOK TICKETS NOW’.

Pick your seats and click the green box ‘CONFIRM SELECTION’. If you are purchasing tickets for a mixed seated & standing performance, you will need to select the allocation you would like to purchase from – Allocated Seating or Standing.

Click ‘CHECKOUT’ and check the cart details are correct. Click ‘CONTINUE’.

There will be a donation prompt. If you do not want to donate, type 0 in the box provided. Click ‘CONTINUE’

Choose whether to ‘CHECKOUT AS GUEST’, login or create an account.

Fill out your details, add any comments and click ‘CONTINUE’. Enter payments details or click on ‘Do you have a voucher code?’ if you are using a gift or credit voucher.

Mobile

The process of booking tickets is the same on the mobile as the desktop, but the screen will be have a slightly different layout.

Phone:

You can book your tickets over the phone by calling the box office on 01635 244 246 and a member of staff will process your booking for you. There is a £1 booking fee for reserved bookings or any transactions processed over the phone or online. The box office is open between 10am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Box Office:

Alternatively, you can come to the box office during opening hours and a member of staff will process your booking in person.
