Following a review of rising costs related to manning and managing the box office, all tickets will be subject to a £1.25 booking fee starting from 01st December 2026 except for customers with a Gold Membership.

The £1.25 booking fee per ticket will be payable and non-refundable for all bookings through the Arlington Arts Centre box office whether over the phone, online or in person.

We understand that any rise in costs at the moment can be difficult so to continue keeping our booking fee terms and conditions fair we will also be reducing the cap on the booking fee per order to £7.50.

All tickets purchased before 01st December 2026 will be subject to the current terms and conditions.
